So since I got my twitter account I always have been checking when I will be in the Top 100 twitterers of Toronto. So today I checked it out and guess what? Yeah I am pretty sure I made it obvious but yeah I made it in the top 100 in Toronto ranking 85.

Interesting Quote eh? I really like this one because many people end up thinking about the past, the past is the past. Forget about it we don’t live for the past but live for the future. Everyone at point in their lives have a bad past but don’t let it drag you down because life is a roller coaster we still have a new day ahead of us.
I believe word of Mouth Marketing is the best form of marketing in Business you could have. Recently I had a problem with my Car because of a faulty part that was installed by my mechanic. Now I simply called my Mechanic and I told him about the problem and he took full responsibility for it, and also tossed in some sweet bonuses for his mistakes. I was very impressed that I told all my friends about the great experience I had with this mechanic that majority of my friends started going to him. In today’s world everyone is networking via Forums, Twitter, Facebook, Text Messages and so on. Personally If I need to purchase something like for example new Winter Tires for my Car? I will probably text my friends, family, and after that hit the forums, twitter, facebook, and so on. To be hones that is what I do and it always worked on me.
Now how do you Get People to talk about you? Its simple put yourself in there shoes and think how you would be happy with the service you are providing. If someone gave you the same service your providing the customer will you be Impressed? Angry? No Opinion? etc.
You give a Person an Average Service then don’t really expect them to talk a lot about you if someone asks for recommendation and so on.
You Give a Person an Outstanding Service then expect them to be happy and blabbering to their friends, and family how they got outstanding service like how I did with my Car Mechanic.
You give them Bad Service and Make them Mad then expect to be loosing possible new customers, because that angry customer will scare plenty of new customers away rather then bringing in new customers. So never let any of your customers be angry by giving them poor service, even if its hurting your wallet give them outstanding service because they will come back.
So everyone is having a twitter contest these days so I thought to myself, hey why shouldn’t I have one one as well and jump on the bandwagon of the twitter contest giveaway.

So as we know I held a contest last month in December to give away Free Google G1 Phones every single week. It went great, and ended up getting a lot of subscribers to my RSS. Just a few hours ago I was thinking about my domain and how I had it for over 8 years. It then just struck me that my domain was supposed to expire last week and the credit card I had for auto renewal had also expired. I quickly ran to the nearest computer I had available and went to my account and the domain was gone. Now you could imagine what was going through my head that time an eight year old domain gone because of a clumsy mistake. I felt like the stupidest person in the world. Just a few weeks ago I was telling myself that I will renew it tomorrow and then again said the same thing the next day and days passed by and I just forgot. Anyways then I quickly started googling what my options are as it’s only been a couple days since my domain has expired. Guess what many domain companies offer grace periods. You had to see the reaction on my face when I found out about the grace period; I literally was so happy I felt like crying. I have been buying/selling domains for over 8 years and this was the first time I found out about this grace period. Actually it was the first time I forgot to renew a domain too I guess it shows I am aging, actually I am pretty young still probably shows I am getting more lazy. I usually domain with Namecheap and they give you 27 days of grace period for expired domain to be renewed at no extra cost. Now how neat is that? Many different companies have different grace period days so you might want to check it out. Namecheap you Rock.
